Methodology

Our development methodology is geared toward Rapid Application Development (RAD). To this effect we have created our own development methodology known as the REALogix Unified Process (RUP), which clearly defines phases and development processes that can be applied together or isolated to ensure a smooth, quick and flawless development cycle.

Very briefly, the development cycle follows 5 phases - Acquisition, Definition, Elaboration, Production and Transfer (ADEPT!). Each phase has predefined guidelines, templates and checklists to enhance project management. The REALogix Unified Process supports iterative development, minimizes rework and ensures that each system built is accompanied with thorough documentation.
